Welcome to Justin's CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated about Justin's cancer treatment and progress. We appreciate your support and prayers during this time when it matters most.

In December, Justin traveled with his family to Atlanta, GA from Taipei, Taiwan (where they live) so that Justin could receive a heart valve transplant. This surgery had been anticipated as Justin was born with a congenital heart defect, and despite a few complications, the surgery was successful. However, after the surgery Justin began experiencing debilitating headaches, and testing revealed a walnut-sized brain tumor at the back of his head. The tumor was removed and pathology showed that Justin has Medulloblastoma, a fast-growing, high-grade malignant tumor. Justin will be undergoing radiation at the University of Florida, Jacksonville, followed by chemotherapy back in Atlanta.

Please pray for Justin, for his parents, and for his older brother, Aaron. They have had to uproot their lives, leaving behind their home, their work, their church, their dog, and the boys' school and friends so that Justin can receive treatment in the US. Their world has very suddenly turned inside out. Thank you for supporting and praying for Justin and the whole Freeman family during this time.
