My life since I was 19 has been an Othopedic nightmare, but I am blessed beyond measure. I'm here to have my right foot completely reconstructed after injury and infection left it extremely paindul and deformed. I'll be going to a rehab facility for at least 3 days after the surgery . The first 6 to 8 weeks will be no weight bearing. Second 6 to 8 weeks weight bearing, then after 3 to 4 months if everything goes as planned, Dr Dalton will replace my right ankle. I will come through this with flying colors. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
