I have been diagnosed with pancreatic and liver cancer, and it has metastasized throughout my system. I have chosen not to undergo any traditional treatment (surgery, chemotherapy or radiation) and have entered into hospice care. I am able to stay in my apartment with occasional help from Debra, Scott and the hospice team. My pain is being managed. I do get very tired and therefore, it's difficult for me to speak on the phone or answer a text. I prefer e-mail, a letter or a message on this Caring Bridge website.
I know you all want to reach out to me and I appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
Debra will be updating this site regularly as things change or progress. She will also check it everyday and make sure I get your messages.
