This is personal journey that has been progressing over the last 8 years and will continue the rest of my life with the fight to receive a transplant of a new liver continuing for a few more months or years.
This journey for me began the first week of May 2009. My Primary Care Physician (PCP) told me that he was going from a single medical practitioner to a group of about 10 PCP's.
