On Thursday, January 4, 2018 John was  experiencing stomach pain and asked Linda to take him to the emergency department.  If you know John, you know something is very wrong if he asks to be taken to a medical facility. After a CT scan he was transported via helicopter from Casa Grande to Banner Heart  Hospital in  Mesa Az.

John  was diagnosed with a Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and rushed into surgery.

After a 6 1/2 hour surgery John’s life was saved by the amazing doctors at the Banner Heart Hospital!
