Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. This winter John was diagnosed with Pulminary Fibrosis, which is scar tissue in the lungs.  In April he caught a cold, which turned into infection, which inflamed the Pulminary Fibrosis.  He went into the U of M hospital on April 20th- 24th. After mega doses of steroids and strong antibiotics he went home on oxygen 24/7. Dr. John did very well until last week. His breathing got worse and landed him back in the hospital, back on heavy steroids and other drugs. He is now in ICU at the Uof M as a precaution in case they needs intubation.  Hope for the best, be prepared for the worse.
John has asked that his condition NOT be put on Facebook. He also isn't supposed to talk much, so communication through this site would be appriciated.  Because he is in ICU, visitors are not advised. Although, we will take all the prayers you can give!
