JB started feeling weak about two weeks ago. We all thought maybe a few too many hours at the Mini Met took it out of him, but unfortunately it isn’t that simple. After days of tests at United Hospital, one of the “ologists” (every ologist here has looked at his tests) told us “there is a lot going on, and I’m here to speak for the team.” There are more words and acronyms that we can’t simply explain (more to come on that), but his blood is breaking apart as a likely connection to something worse. They began treating his blood aggressively, attempting to bring his counts back up, but his body is not reacting as we would hope and the news is worse today. JB needs your prayers. While he can hear them, maybe a note with a memory we can read to him. Or… maybe we all walk back in the hospital room and he’s already beat whatever this is and is teasing nurses again. That would be a pretty JB kind of thing to do.
