On Wednesday, October 12, sweet, wonderful Jodi was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Jodi was admitted to Baptist Memorial Hospital on October 13 to start receiving chemo treatments immediately. Day 1 in the hospital, Jodi spent receiving lots of medication, a bone marrow biopsy and her first round of chemo treatment. Days 2 and 3 were spent receiving more medication and lots of scans and evaluations. Day 4, Jodi received her second round of chemo, a high-risk, high-reaction dose. Every day, Jodi reminds all the doctors and nurses that she'll be heading home after her 2-week stay! We love you, Jodi!!!
