Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Hello everyone, thanks for visiting. I am creating this site to make it easier for family and friends to keep up. I don’t anticipate a lot of updates, but I will keep up with the little things that are going on.

In May I received the surprise diagnosis of intrahepatatic cholangiocarcinoma. I wasn’t having any symptoms, just fatigue. It was discovered during a yearly CT scan for another unrelated issue.
Unfortunately the prognosis is not good and the survival rate is slim, but I am fighting! The chemo regimen is tough, but so far I am hanging in there.
I have had numerous CT scans, PET scans and I am at Stage 4 as the cancer has spread to my liver and bones. On the plus side, I don’t really have any pain. The chemo wears me out, but I have a great support system.
Timm & Audrey and Brittany & Cory have made sure I am well taken care of. I also have a great group of family and friends.
I am scheduled to continue chemo through September, this could change, but for now that is the plan. That is great timing because Baby Graham #4 is arriving on September 14th, so I should be feeling good for lots of baby boy snuggles.

That should explain a few things, thanks for reading. Prayers are appreciated!!!
