Tragically, Jim suffered a catastrophic stroke early Wednesday morning.  Although heroic efforts were made to save Jim, he suffered irreparable damage to the left side of his brain which controls speech and cognitive abilities. 

We ask for your prayers during this extremely difficult time.  Jim is such a part of so many families and this small community.  He is also a daily presence in lives of so many cadet's.  We can not imagine life without his gorgeous smile, his eagerness to help anyone and his passionate discussions with family, friends and students alike.
