Here I am, creating my own story for caring bridge, one I would have never thought I would ever have to do! This is how life works, folks, you don't get to pick everything, and that has been one of the most surprising and interesting challenges in my life so far. Accepting is a huge part of this journey and trusting is the even bigger part! I can't tell you how much the trusting part has helped me in this, I have tried diligently to cultivate a relationship with Jesus over my life and now I can tell you I'm so glad I did. It doesn't mean that I don't have my moments that I tell Him, "Hey,, ok now, I think that's enough of this ride, let's do a different one, one that's a little less scary, ok?" And He just keeps inviting me to trust. 
So here is what I have... It's a very rare form of cancer called Signet Ring Cell Carcinoma. Sounds epic, right? It generally starts in the gut area or the colon, mine started in the stomach and has proceeded to my bladder through my blood.  We don't know the treatment yet, but that's what I will be posting soon, we find out today... So the roller coaster ride is still going, I'm not off of it yet and I'm going to be victorious... I know it.
