In the beginning:
Jan went to Christ Hospital in Cincinnati for a left hip replacement 9/17/2019. All went well for a week after surgery.

Then without a fall her femur fractured, another surgery to repair femur on 10/3/2019. She had a no weight limitation which complicates recovery.

The 3rd surgery was on 10/30/2029 because of infection.

God provided thru all this in so many ways by giving us what was needed at the time. Blessings and so much mercy.

So, recently she has progressed to outpatient therapy, to improve strength in her leg.

In the present:
On 2/14/2020 when in therapy she mentioned to the therapist about pain in her abdomen, of which the therapist suggested she should see her Dr.

We did that afternoon, he referred her to ER for testing of which a mass was found.

She was admitted to Community Hospital South. After more testing & biopsy it was determined she has cancer.

The plan forward is chemotherapy to shrink the mass for a possible surgery, followed by chemotherapy to rid her of any remaining cancer.

The journey forward could be long, but we are encouraged in the hope we have in the Lord and believing He could use this process to heal Jan.

We know too if God wills He can miraculously heal her by eliminating the mass & cancer altogether.
