Jacqueline Reeves

If you know Jackie Reeves then I’m sure you can attest to how bright and cheery of a person she is. She has one of those personalities that makes everyone feel comfortable and that people are just drawn too. As some would say, you may recognize her as the person who stopped and had a half hour conversation with you while at Target even though you were perfect strangers. She’s the most amazing wife, mother, grandmother, friend etc.

It came as a shock and seemed so unfair when we found out she was  diagnosed with breast cancer in January of 2015.  But she took the diagnosis with such positivity.  She immediately decided that chemo and radiation were just not for her.  She decided to undertake a complete lifestyle change  in order to cure her body with nutrition.  Her reformation was amazing! She looked great and felt great! She became a model of healthy living and taught our family so much about how we should be treating our bodies.

In September of this year, after she began experiencing some extreme back pain, we discovered that the cancer had spread to her bones and progressed to Stage IV.  As many families know first hand, this is an expensive disease.  What insurance doesn't cover can completely wipe out families financially.  We are doing everything we can to help raise the funds that she needs in order to provide the treatments she requires.  Its our plan to be able to send her to Hope for Cancer in Tijuana, Mexico in January.  She will be at the facility for three to four weeks while she receives the life-changing treatments that she needs.  Please follow her story to discover ways that you can help us make it possible for her to go and continue with her treatment path.
