Jack Lombardo

Jack, 13, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) on Sept. 9, 2016. His treatment started that day at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, FL. Jack is a trooper and will get through this marathon as he continues chemotherapy.
