Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

March - 2017:

Dear Family & Friends,
About a month ago my beautiful, loving wife, Mary, had an initial diagnosis of bone cancer (multiple myeloma). After several tests and finally a bone marrow biopsy Mary's oncologist has determined that she indeed has multiple myeloma. Mary's doctor is very optimistic that her condition can be treated with chemotherapy; that will last approximately three months. We are determined to meet this cancer head on and know that God will be leading us through this challenging time.

We are sending this post out to seek prayer for Mary and our family at this time. We are already receiving prayers from a lot of areas and can feel the love pouring out from our family and friends, lifting our spirits each and every day. As you know, Mary, pours out her soul to her family, friends, and clients and she loves all of you!

If you have any questions please email me at john.curtis@cui.edu and I will get back to you. In the future I will most likely set up a link for updates on Mary's progress with her treatments.

Mary's favorite verse for this time is Psalm 23.

God Bless You and thank you in advance for your prayers, love, and support!
