Gregory Nagy

Dear Friends and Family,
Welcome to Greg Nagy's Caring Bridge site. We are creating this page for all of you who know and care about our dad Greg Nagy.
In late October, Greg went to the Bridgeport hospital in Connecticut because of left sided weakness. After a biopsy that turned into a more complicated procedure, Greg was diagnosed with Stage IV Glioblastoma. After recovering from the surgery, we transferred him to a rehab center in Princeton called Merwick Rehab to be closer to friends and family. Dad has chosen not to undergo treatment for his terminal condition.
As you can imagine, we are shocked and overwhelmed with his care, but very much want to let people know what’s happening and answer questions in one place. We also know many of you will want to see Greg. He can’t receive too many visitors at once right now but we know he enjoys seeing friends and so set up a Sign Up Genius to facilitate visiting hours. We’ve opened up the times between noon to 3 each day to any of you who might want to help sit with him for one hour or two to keep him company.
We will post all updates here as the months progress.
Thank you so much for your love and care,
Ilona (Kim) and Paul

P.s. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting!
