This journey began with an appointment with my cardiologist, Dr Aaronson.  I have been working at a low sodium diet and fluid restrictions, but it is quite clear that my heart is failing.  I have an option to put in an LVAD, a heart assist pump.  This would require major life changes, always living with a battery pack, but would hopefully greatly improve my heart  function, allowing me to resume activities I have had to give up.  These are very overwhelming decisions and we love to hear you are praying.  We need wisdom, and I am praying that if this is to happen, doors would open, finances would be available.  Please keep my husband in your prayers, this is very overwhelming for him, as he would become the major caretaker, as well as the rest of the family.
