First of all THANK YOU all for your prayers, and well wishes. I’m Samantha Hamaker, Gene’s daughter in law, and I finally had a moment to start this journal so you all can follow Gene’s progress. Gene suffered a Cardiac Arrest Friday April 27th at home. He has been in the ICU at Banner Heart, now at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Gene is in need of an LVAD and a Heart Transplant. It has been a roller coaster and we are all taking this day by day. Lorraine and I will do our best to keep you up to date here.
