Gene Arzdorf

Gene was diagnosed with Auto Immune Hepatitis in 1982.   For 34 years Gene has been able to keep this under control with the help of medications and regular liver biopsies with the support of his amazing team of Doctors, his faith and his family and friends.  During the course of this last year Gene has been struggling with some set backs regarding his health.   Gene had a hip replacement in January as well as hernia surgery in March and has suffered several ER and hospital visits since then due to the liver issues that have been caused from the hepatitis.  


Gene is currently working with his medical team on possible solutions to make him more comfortable.  We will keep the Journal updated with progress in these areas.  


There have been many emotions regarding these health changes for Gene and those close to him.  The continued support of prayers, thoughts and visits are very important to him.  Gene has always enjoyed the time that he spends with family and friends and this is even more important to him at this time.   Please enjoy the pictures that are being shared with Genes progress thus far.
