A little over a year ago, I found out that I suffered from a rare genetic disorder. This disorder caused me to have liver disease, which led to cirrhosis of the liver, liver cancer, and eventually would lead to complete liver failure. After a long wait, I will finally be receiving a liver transplant on September 13th.
