Doug Burke

As many of you know, Doug was suddenly and unexpectedly admitted into the ER and ICU in early June with severe abdominal pain. After a plethora of tests and consultations, he was diagnosed to be in Stage IV of rare and aggressive Mantle Cell Lymphoma. After undergoing an initial round of chemotherapy, it was decided that his cirrhotic liver and other organs could not handle the medications. He passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of July 8th.

His memorial service will be held at Trinity Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas, Monday July 12th at 2pm. We welcome everyone who has been touched by Doug's life to celebrate him with us. The service will also be streamed live for those unable to attend.
