Welcome to the CaringBridge website for George and Dorothy (Dot) Maxwell.  As you may know, Dot was formally diagnosed with dementia consistent with Alzheimer's in 2016 and George is her primary caregiver.  This has already been a long journey and difficult time for our family, especially for George as he leans into Dot's care on a daily basis. Although we continue to see evidence of God's tender care and mercy, George's life, of necessity, has narrowed drastically. We long for more consistent communication with family and friends and so decided to create this page to keep you all updated in one place. George and his oldest daughter, Michelle, are administrators of this page and will add journal entries as time permits. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.
