On Monday, Jan. 7, shortly after deplaning at the MSP airport, Dick collapsed in the men's room and was found unresponsive. After multiple attempts, Dick was resuscitated and transferred to Fairview Southdale Hospital where he was admitted to the intensive care unit. As always, Alice was and remains by his side. We are incredibly grateful that this occurred in a place where experienced first responders were immediately available and also Alice's sister Sue was travelling with them and was able to support Alice as all this was happening. We know there are so many of you that love Dick, so we've established this Caring Bridge page as a way to keep you all updated on his progress.
