On 3/21/2017, I was diagnosed with stage III Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of the left breast. The cancer is HER2 (Human Epidermal Growth Receptor Factor 2) positive. This is an agressive form of cancer with a higher likelihood of recurrence, but there are also targeted treatments available. Welcome to our CaringBridge site.
