Saturday, January 14, 2017 I went to the Urgent Care facility nearby for pain relief.  I sneezed during the night several days earlier and thought maybe I  had broken something.  They took x-rays and said nothing was broken and sent me home with lots of wonderful pills.  Monday, January 16, 2017 I received a call from the Doctor at the Urgent Care and he informed me the radiologist had found a spot on my lung and I needed a CT scan.  On Tuesday, January 17, 2017 I had the CT scan performed and received a call later that day informing me that I had Lung Cancer (Adenocarcinoma).  I visited my primary care physician, a pulmonary specialist and had a bronchoscopy performed all within the next two weeks.  The tumor is small 27 mm but the cancer has spread to the lymph node in the center of my chest.   So ... NOW THE FIGHT BEGINS!!!
