I was diagnosed with stage 4 Mantle Cell Lymphoma in March 2016. I had some minor health issues up to that point that the doctors were unable to attribute a cause to. In retrospect, these were probably precursors of the cancer. I noticed a few enlarged lymph nodes as early as May 2015, but didn't recognize the potential severity.
I am using a multi-pronged approach to healing. I have made various diet changes, and have added a variety of vitamins and nutritional supplements, as well as energy work such as Qi Gong and acupuncture. I am also reassessing the things in my life that are caustic or which no longer serve me, and letting them go. I have made meditation, prayer, and silent time an important part of my day. And lastly, I have enlisted the support of Western medicine in the form of chemotherapy.
I am confident that I will return to full health, although it will definitely be a journey. I appreciate all of you who have offered your support, guidance, and prayers. I will do my best to provide frequent updates to my status on this site.
