It is hard to come up with an introduction to this very emotional journey called life we have been on.it started around January or February of 2017.dave was working for a private contractor delivering bulk mail to rural post offices. If you know Dave, he has always had an abundance of natural energy and endurance . He was working a split shift working at 2:00 in the morning coming home at 8:00 a.m. sleeping for a few hours(sometimes) and going back to work at 2:00 in the afternoon and arriving home around 7:00 p.m. doing this six days a week. I started noticing him losing quite a bit of weight and having stomach aches quite a bit.he kind of reluctantly made an appointment.we went to the local clinic and was told he was a diabetic.we continued to see the dr regularly so we could try and get a handle on controlling his numbers as they were very dangerously high,as well as told the dr about all of his symptoms he was having. Every time we mentioned his symptoms though, she just blamed diabetes for all of it without looking at other possibilities. This man was shedding weight like layers of clothing . He was down 45lbs in 2 1/2 months.
