Darin Spencer

A few weeks ago, Darin ended up in the emergency room with swelling, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Soon the doctors were telling him that he has end stage heart disease and the only thing they can do is transfer him to a hospital that does LVAD’s and heart transplants. After finding a specialist in San Diego, Darin was transported there. The specialist in San Diego at UCSD Sulpizio Cardiovascular Hospital continue to add medication and run tests to determine the best course of treatment. If a transplant is needed, Darin will need to relocate to San Diego and have a 24/7 caregiver for 2-3 months. Prayer is needed and greatly appreciated as we figure out what’s best for Darin and how to make it all happen.
