Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.

Dan was diagnosed with Stage IIIB Colorectal Cancer in early January, 2016.  After a Colonoscopy, CT scan, and Endoscopic Ultrasound, it was determined that the tumor originating in his Rectum had spread to several lymph nodes, with possible invasion of his Prostate as well.  Dan's Oncologist, Dr. Randall Millikan, comes highly recommended and praised by not only the hospital staff, but by National Standards as well.  At this point, all care and treatment will be performed at Essentia Health in Duluth, MN.  And so begins this 12-18 month journey to a CURE!
