Hello my friends and family,

I wanted to write to let everyone know what is going on with me. Many of you have reached out to me with thoughts, prayers, food, flowers, cards and much much more. I am grateful to each and every one for all you do. I am overwhelmed with everyone's generosity.

As for my health, my cancer came back last summer and we tried remaining treatments....including a clinical trial in the fall. I am now on hospice care and at home. My mom and Taylor are living with me. My daughter, Kendall, is finishing her junior year at University of Texas.....and, is on her way home today! My brother, Todd Neilon, lives in Pearland and is here to help me almost every day. I have minimal pain which I am able to control easily at this point. For all these things, I am blessed! I think that this site will allow me to keep you updated with changes in my condition.....and, MOST IMPORTANTLY let me hear from you as you read this.

With love and gratitude to all of you for being in my life... I have loved loving you. What a blessing I have had to be surrounded by so many caring friends and family!
