Hello my name is Elizabeth Porter , I am Christopher Wilkins mother and I want to share his story with you . On 9/11 2017 Christopher was diagnosed with high-risk pre ball leukemia . Since then Christopher has started chemo he has gone through many different things as blood transfusions and platelets forgiven he has been in and out of the hospital quite often and then they tell us , that Christopher has a genetically mutated Gene in his bone marrow which is feeding the cancer cells that are already there so they start treating him for that in many different ways at first it was working , then we find out that the medicine had just stopped working . So now he is back in the hospital and we are waiting to go to Charleston for him to have a full bone marrow transplant however while we are waiting Christopher has gone through chemo radiation and quite a few other things on top of the fact of having pneumonia, staph in is Port so he's fighting with everything that he is . As soon as Christopher is better we will be leaving for Charleston we will be gone for 5 months at the least. But Christopher Story doesn't end or begin their Christopher had a full life when this happened and it came out of nowhere he had just made the football team he was looking forward to his new school and enjoying new things just being a teenager when all of this started. He keeps his faith and let's me know he loves me and he will make it.
