Carson Tilson

Carson is currently 3 months old today 1/24/18. Carson was born with a very complex heart defect ( DORV, ASD, VSD, TGA, Pulmonary Stenosis). Carson was diagnosed at 24 weeks during pregnancy. CArson came early at 35 weeks and spent 2 and half weeks in the NICU at Vanderbilt. He is scheduled to have his open heart surgery ( bi-directional Glenn)  January 30th. We have had a minor setback. He contracted a serious infection that got in his blood stream. We are currently working to resolve the infection with strong antibiotics. As of right now his surgery date is still in the air.
