Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. Carson was in a car accident on the morning of Jan 3, 2021. He was driving home from the farm as he wanted to go help with some chores that morning. The accident was off of 96 west of Scott city. He was transported to our local hospital by EMS and then later on to Children’s Hospital of Colorado in Aurora. He suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (Diffuse Axonal Injury), cervical spine fractures, lacerated spleen, lung contusion and lumbar compression fracture. He is overall physically doing well but the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)will take time to heal. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
