On Monday, April 20th, Carolyn was at home alone on a telehealth appointment with her doctor.  During the video call, the doctor noticed Carolyn dropped her phone and was not responding to her, so she called 911.  When the EMT arrived, Carolyn was able to make it to the door to let them in.   She was taken to Methodist Hospital Willowbrook.  A CT scan revealed there was bleeding on the brain, so Carolyn was transferred to Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center.

Carolyn’s family created this site to keep her friends and family up to date on her recovery progress.

“Peace, peace to those far and near and I will heal them.”  Isaiah 57:19

“The Lord nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health.”  Psalm 41:3
