Caitlin Cohrs

After some discussion, the Cohrs family thought this site would be a good way to keep family and friends of Caitlin updated on her life. Updates will be written by Christa and I hope to write about one post per month.

Background: Caitlin was hit by a car travelling at a high rate of speed in December 2016. The most significant injury from the accident is the hypoxic brain injury. Caitlin has received treatment from Good Samaritan Hospital, RML Hospital in Hinsdale, RIC in Chicago, and she has been at the DuPage Convalescent Center in Wheaton since March 2017. Caitlin has not regained the ability to communicate, eat, or walk.

We continue to stay hopeful that her condition can improve and appreciate all the prayers and well wishes. Caitlin enjoys visitors, especially her amazing parents that visit almost every day. She also enjoys coming home, visiting Target, and the mall with the help of her parent’s handicap accessible van.
