On Monday, August 6, Butch had spiking blood pressure and severe trembling, so we went to Northfield Hospital ER. After several tests for heart, The doctor did mri on brain. Mri showed that he had had 2 strokes at the same time. One was on right frontal and the other left cerebellar. He was taken to Abbott for further tests. The trembling was much better on day two, but had a lot of balance problems, and difficult time finding words. They aren’t sure what caused the strokes...they implanted a loop recorder to monitor for possible atrial fibrillation. His balance has improved, but still a little unsteady. He will be seeing OT for speech and balance. He came home on Thursday night. Prayers are always good 😁🙏🏻
