Welcome to our CaringBridge website. Buddy started treatment for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) during the summer of 2019. CLL treatment ended very well. But it morphed into Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML.) AML is a very aggressive, fast spreading deadly leukemia. Buddy was in P/SL in Denver being treated by the Colorado Blood Cancer Institute (CBCI.) His bone marrow transplant (BMT) failed. A relapse of his AML is claiming his life. He is in his last days now.
