The middle of April 2016 Bridget learned that she has stage four breast cancer. The cancer has spread to her brain, bones and abdomen. All of her life, Bridget has been an athlete and competitor. With the support of her family and friends, she is ready to fight for her life.
Presently, she is at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. After her first chemo treatment this week, she will be going to a rehab center for twice a week chemo. As soon as the proper rehab center is found, we will post directions here and let everyone know when she can have visitors.
Bridget and the family have already received many supportive calls. All of us are so grateful to know that Bridget will have your support and prayers during these scary times.
