Now that I have your attention

My 24 year old cousin Breanna Henderson is in the Intensive Care Unit, fighting for her life.

Breanna just recently started a job at 3M, so does not have medical insurance. The average Minnesota state cost for a 3 day stay in the hospital is $30,000. (Dan Mans, an executive with Tendyne, confirmed the company expects to charge a price "at or above" the going rate for aortic valves, which is roughly $30,000 today.) Doctors are saying she will be on IV antibiotics for atleast 6 weeks. She has numerous doctors with different specialties cardiologist, primary, infectious disease and so on. All these costs add up and without insurance, she is going to need some help and support. I want to raise money to help not only with those expenses but her recovery and personal bills.


Just a little back story to what happend. After having her wisdom teeth pulled, she started feeling pretty sick.Turns out she has a really bad infection/sepsis. It started in her blood stream and has worked it way to her lungs and heart valve. While in the hospital we also learned she also has a heart valve issue, that needs to be fixed.The sepsis has gotten worse with a fever and low platelet's. She may need a blood transfusion to help her get better. The plan is to get her better so she can have surgery, to fix her valve.

Money is to help her mom Kelly who has taken time off to be with Breanna, along with Breanna's medical expenses, bills, and recovery. Life is precious charish every moment.
