Even though it says that Bill is authoring this site, it will really be me, Kristen updating everyone. I've started this  CaringBridge website for those interested in Bill's  Heart surgery success, our journey in recovery and how our family is doing through it all. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.  We are preparing now for his surgery this Thursday, October 26, 2017...11 years and one month after his initial aortic valve replacement.  Because of symptoms that led us back into the hospital and into congestive heart failure, they are replacing that valve and repairing a leak as well . The  surgery is long  and the recovery is long. Thank you for visiting.
