Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.
Our Mom and Grandma has been struggling with her health for several months. She has now been diagnosed with cancer. She has initiated treatment by having surgery last Thursday to hopefully stop fluid from building up in her lungs and causing pain and difficulty breathing. She remains in the hospital at this time with drain tubes. Once she gets these removed, she should be able to progress more physically and be released from the hospital. She is to start chemo therapy this Friday. I will use this site for updates and do my best to keep it current, because as you know, prayer is powerful, words of encouragement are meaningful and the love and support from friends is priceless at times like this.
