MY BATTLE THRU ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA all started one cool summer day at the beach. I had planned an entire day at ocean city to swim and just take it all in. We parked about 4 blocks from the beacfront and i decided to carry light bag. I had to stop at every block and take a break being noticeably winded. My friend suggested maybe i was dehydrated so i grabbed an icy gatorade. Fast Forward to later that evening and on our way home i spiked a temp , cranking the car heat up to 90 on a nice summer night crazy! We made it home where i found myself feeling okay again unitl Tuesday. I couldnt get out ot bed and down the staits without a hugh tension headache and nausea.. So i showereed hoppped into my car , picked up a nearby friend, and off we went to the ER where my friend had to carry me in
