On July 7th, Becky underwent an attempted colonoscopy. The colonoscopy was unsuccessful due to a mass in her rectum. At that time a CT scan was performed and it was found that Becky had multiple tumors throughout her abdomen. After a long process of appointments and biopsies, it was determined that Becky most likely has primitive desmoplastic small cell round tumor, a type of sarcoma. She will start a three day inpatient chemotherapy treatment tomorrow (8.4.17). Please keep the Bergstroms in your prayers.
