We created this account to share info about Baby Sims. Baby Sims was prenatally diagnosed with Down Syndrome and then with AVSD- a congenital heart defect that would require surgery after birth (hopefully 4-6months after birth). We can't wait to meet this precious gift and we know God is in control.
