Aubrey Jane Meyer was born on a beautiful and very hot August day in 2007 and joined her twin siblings, Ethan James and Natalie Marie, in what would become the big,  beautiful Meyer family.  From day one, Aubrey was a joy.  She won the hearts of her Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles and cousins from the first dimple filled smile.  Aubrey has always been full of life, love and happiness. She bravely stepped on stage at age 5 for her first (and hopefully not last) role as Gretl Von Trapp in The Sound of Music. She was a natural and held the audience captive every time she came on stage. She is a beloved daughter, sister, grand daughter, niece, cousin and friend. 
On December 10th 2018,  Aubrey was admitted to Nortons Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky after her initial visit to her eye doctor turned out to reveal  swollen optic nerve.  She received an MRI right away and they found a mass on her spine measuring about 2 and a half inches.  That Wednesday,  she was scheduled for surgery.  Her whole family prayed very hard that day and our sweet Lovebug came out with very good results.   The tumor was thankfully benign but Aubrey still has a tough road ahead as she begins her physical therapy.  She has already made progress and we couldn’t be happier.  Thank you all for the continuous love and support you have sent to our dear Aubrey.  All of the messages here will be shared directed with her and her family.
