As you know, I have been dealing with myelofibrosis, a blood cancer, but it has changed recently to an acute leukemia. The treatment plan starts with in- patient chemotherapy that will require a month in the hospital in order to put the leukemia in remission and give my immune system a chance to recover. If that goes well, I’ll have a brief break at home and then return to the hospital for a stem cell transplant that will hopefully knock out the cancer for good. Please send prayers, good vibes, and any other positive thoughts my way, imaging the best outcomes possible at each step of the treatment. Thanks for your support. My family and friends will post updates on this site from time to time.
