Early Jan 2018: Self exam revealed a 1.6 cm mass 

DX : 
* 2/22/2018 Stage 1, invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 3, left breast, Nottingham score =9
* 3/5/2018 Triple negative , (ER -, PR -, HER 2 -) 
* 3/16/2018 BRCA 2 Positive 
* 5/24/2018 informed I am being treated for Stage 3 locally advanced breast cancer.  CT in March 2018 showed continued mass growth to 2.7 cm and 4 lymph nodes being inflamed with suspicious metastatic disease (cancer) 
*9/13/2018 - Pathological Complete Response to chemotherapy and surgery - NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE

 Therapy: 
*3/26/2018: Neoadjuvant (before surgery) 4 cycles of A/C dose dense, switch to weekly Taxol for 12 cycles. In addition,   added Carboplatin every 3rd Taxol cycle to increase chance of pathological complete response (remission) prior to surgery. 
* 6/26/2018: Stopped Taxol and began Abraxane due to neuropathy 
*7/3/2018: Discontinued Carboplatin due to side effects
*9/10/2018: Radical bilateral mastectomy, sentinel node biopsy

*10/23/2018: 25 daily radiation treatments to left side and axilla region
*2/21/2019: Laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
