At the beginning of January, April had a seizure while at work. They ran a bunch of tests, and they saw a little something that they thought was a cyst she may have had her whole life. She was released and told to have a follow up MRI in 3 months. Then at the beginning of February she had another seizure at work. Again the doctors did a CT Scan & MRI. This time they saw something. A biopsy was done on Friday, February 9 and  April was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Because of where it is located the doctors feel the best way to treat it will be chemo and radiation. Over the next few weeks she will be beginning that process. We all know April lights up a room, has never met a stranger and has one of the biggest hearts of anyone. She’s got a lot of fight in her, and we know she will fight and beat this! We will keep everyone up-to-date on this page. Please keep her in your prayers. And she would love visitors and phone calls.
