11:44 PM February 8th, 2020 is the day that forever will change our lives. Alyssa was involved in a severe a automobile accident with her dad.
Lyss has broken ribs, a fracture in her neck and suffered a stroke. We had some tough days and tough diagnosis this past week. Lyss surprised everyone Saturday and opened her eyes. She mouthed ... Carl. ❤️❤️. She is following commands and is able to use her left side. She has some paralysis on her right side. She has started physical therapy and update as she progresses.
Lyss will have a long road of recovery in front of her. She is one strong, stubborn girl that will make it through this.
Carly and I wanted to say thank you for outpouring of love and support. I wanted to create this page for those I am not able to contact as frequently as I want to.
