Adam has passed on and out of our life. He was in the OCU for 17 days, but he just couldn't make it. Adam had a lung infection which had him in the cardiovascular ICU.
We are using this website to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. We will update this with information about a memorial/celebration of life we are planning for him.
